Since moving to Hawaii in 2004, I have expressed my love of the islands through my gift of photography. My photographs are taken at various locations on Oahu and surrounding islands in our beautiful state of Hawaii. Outfitted with only my camera and the true love of God’s creation, I believe that I have captured the essence and unspoiled beauty of the Foster Botanical Garden and other magnificent sites that capture nature’s true color and majesty. I really enjoy being able to share my experience of living in the beautiful state of Hawaii, my faith and my thoughts... mahalo for your visit to my blog!

equipment

Nikon D40 - The newest edition to my arsenal, a great little camera I just love it because it is so light and takes great foto's.

Nikon D100 - My digital camera that I think is like a golf swing, "you are forever trying to master it when it really seems like it masters you". I have various lenses.

Nikon N70 - I love this camera!!!! We go way back and have a great connection.

Nikon S4 - My little point and shoot camera. This is a great camera, I'm grateful that Nikon came out with this one last year. All of my Mexico sunsets were taken with this camera.

(PFP) perfect for purse or pocket Oympus POS - This is a camera that I had been using for years. My Niagra Falls photos were shot with this camera to include all of the Western New York shots. Most of the time my shots are taken with me laying on the ground trying to see beauty from a different perspective. I don't use a tripod, although maybe I should. I'm still trying find certain filters that I think will help with the look of my shots.
